WCAG 2.1 AA alignment
The Scoopi booking journey is designed using semantic HTML, keyboard focus indicators, high-contrast design tokens, and automated audits (axe, Lighthouse). We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines across perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust principles.
Assistive technology testing
Each release is validated with keyboard-only navigation, VoiceOver, and NVDA. Automated tests (Playwright + axe) run in CI to prevent regressions.
