NOTICE TO USER: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS CONDITIONS. IF YOU ARE MAKING A PURCHASE ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE MAKING THE PURCHASE AS THEIR CARER.

Definitions

The Service Provider means Scoopi Land Pty Ltd, ABN, 11-12 Pattys Place, Jamisontown, NSW, 2750, trading as Scoopi Land, including its heirs, executors and assigns.

You mean the person signing the document, including any person for whom or on whose behalf the document is signed, their heirs, executors and assigns.

Recreational Activities means activities supplied by the Service Provider including, but not limited to trampolines, high climbing, jumping, flipping, soft play, parkour, climbing walls, slides, rides.

RISK WARNING

By signing this document you acknowledge, understand, and agree that:

1. The Recreational Activities supplied by the Service Provider are engaged in for the purpose of enjoyment, relaxation, or leisure and constitutes a 'recreational activity' for the purposes of the relevant legislation.
2. Participation in the Scoopi Land Trampoline Arena including the Recreational Activities supplied by the Service Provider involves risks, including the risk of personal injury and death. Particular risks include:
   • slipping, falling, landing on trampoline joins and other hard surfaces
   • twists, sprains, broken bones, bruising, and/or physical injury
   • concussion
   • friction burns
   • serious physical injury
   • head and brain injury
   • neck injury
   • spinal injury
   • paralysis and death
3. In addition to the risks above, there are further risks which may arise due to any health condition you may have, including if you are pregnant.
4. You are aware of and understand all the risks involved in the Recreational Activities both generally, and as particularly referred to above. The responsibility of calling an ambulance lies with the customer.
5. Participation in the Recreational Activities involve the risks, despite the Service Provider taking all reasonable care.
6. Having fully acknowledged and understood the risks, you freely and voluntarily participate in the Recreational Activities at your own risk.
7. Participants must be in good health and free from any adverse medical conditions. For safety reasons, pregnant women, customers with pre-existing health issues or wearing casts are not permitted on the trampolines.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• You must abide by the instructions of Scoopi Land staff at all times
• The recommended weight limit for each trampoline is 130kg or less (AS 4989:2015)
• Children aged 16 years and under must be supervised by a responsible adult
• SCOOPI LAND GRIP SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES, with no exceptions
• All tickets remain the property of SCOOPI LAND and cannot be refunded, transferred, or resold
• Promotional video or photographs may be used by the Service Provider which may include your image
